Phnom Penh Crown continue their involvement in grassroots football and youth development by hosting a Festival of Football this coming Monday for boys and girls aged between 8-12 years old.
The 2-5pm session at Crown’s RSN Stadium in Tuol Kork aims to attract around 200 kids from nearby schools to take part in rotations skill and game stations spread over the field.
The Crown first team squad will be at hand to man the stations, while members of the Cambodian U15 Girls national team will also be in attendance.
“This is just one type of community activity event that Crown will incorporate into their fan and community engagement plans for the future, building foundations with the local population and encouraging young children to be as passionate about football as we are,” Crown media officer Andy Brouwer told the Post yesterday.
